BOOKING POLICY

  • No Late Fees
  • A deposit is required and will be deducted from initial service fee.
  • No Kids
  • Hair must be          cowashed at least 48 hours prior to service free of any debris or product buildup.
  • No squeeze in appointments.
  • $75.00 after hours charge.
  • Final payments must be paid in CASH ONLY.
  • No same date appointments.
  • 10 min grace period before appointment is cancelled.
  • Each client is allowed only one rescheduled appointment within a month. If your appointment is at the end of the month, you can reschedule during the first two weeks of the following month. After that, you will need to rebook and pay another deposit.

  • Clients should only purchase the hair listed to ensure the best results.
  • Clients should purchase 3 or more packs/bundles based on desired style.
  • Bobs require 2-3 packs/bundles.

 COLORING AND CHEMICAL POLICY (RELAXED &NATURAL HAIR):

  • No caffeine of any kind (Coffee, Energy Drinks, etc.) before receiving any kind of chemical service. Caffeine changes your PH balance causing chemicals not to work effectively.
  • If consumed, client will be asked to reschedule to within 24hrs. from original appointment.
  • Colors offered: Demi Black, Black Rinse, or Permanent Black.
